chalet rosanna was the most welcoming and comfortable place i’ve ever stayed. the family owned and run hotel made you feel like you were invited into their home. the breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect, just a few minute walk from the center of town where all of the restaurants, bars, and shops are located. the ski lifts were also just a few minute walk away, and the train station as wellS highly recommended for anyone traveling to the area!

Ulrika is an exceptional host who does everything she can to make your stay as wonderful as possible. The location on a quiet side road off the main street and close to the centre and ski lifts was ideal. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the detail which had gone into providing fresh and quality choices. We enjoyed our week so much that we booked for next year before we left.     Dear Mark , if covid travel restrictions were to change, and there is no possibility for you to come to our chalet, you will not have to pay cancallation fees. Other than that, our normal refund policy stays the same. Kind regards Chalet Rosanna
