This hotel is a very modern, upscale hotel. Everything in the room is designed for comfort and ease of use. The lighting is a real bonus. It is controlled with a panel on the wall, and gives so many options for how you want the lights to be used. The shower had the strongest force of water that I've ever experienced in a hotel. It was fantastic! There were some snacks available free of charge, including a pretty boxed gift of Mozart candy. The room also had a mini bar with chargeable items. Because there were seven of us, we opted to take advantage of the hotel buffet breakfast. We were a bit reluctant because of the $19.50 price, but were so very glad we had opted to eat there. It was an amazing layout of food, and so worth the price. The buffet had so many different types of food, including smoked salmon, eggs, bacon, breads, fruit and on and on. This hotel so exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely opt to stay here in the future.

Brand new hotel, very clean, big rooms. Beutiful roof resturant with excellent breakfast. I wish we could stay there more than single night. We would definitely come again.

Cool Mama was an excellent choice. It’s location is strategic, not in the congested central Salzburg yet not too far. All attractions including country sides, lakes, mountains, nearby cities and small towns are within short distance. Zee Lam See is within one and half hour drive. Munich is is in the same range. Tens of lakes and beautiful landscapes are within reach. Cool Mama is your best choice of Home after a busy day. You would really feel this is home. I would stay here if I visited west Austria again. All staff are super friendly as if they were handpicked or well trained. Breakfast in the highest floor is simply the best to start the day. Parking is spacious and with a reasonable cost. Don’t miss the front desk recommendations of good food places.
