Location was great, central to all sites. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms are functional, bathrooms modern and spacious.
United States of AmericaEverything apart from internet access was simply perfect taking in consideration the price paid. The apartment/room was very large and clean, the breakfast was great for a 4* hotel, the personnel exceptional and the location simply great.

KuwaitFantastic location. 40 feet from Elizabeth Strasse escalator of Karlsplatz U-bahn. One block from Opera house. One can walk many of the major attractions of Vienna. We have stated here several times. They added free cold water on a daily bases. Small market across street where you can buy anything you want for breakfast as we did not choose the breakfast option. Staff always there and very helpful for questions. Room is nice and large. If we come to Vienna again we will stay there again.
