The apartment was spotless and roomy, and well decorated. It is in a fabulous location with public transportation and a variety of good restaurants all within walking distance. The entrance to the building may be a bit off-putting; the door lock of the building needs a little work. However, the apartment itself is lovely. It may be noisy in summer when the windows are open for cooling the apartment, because it is on a busy street. Overall, I believe that Design Apartment is a great deal for the money.
