The apartment is spacious and very well located. It is 1 minute from the metro and bus stops, yet in a very nice neighbourhood in Vienna. The host were responsive, replying quickly, and very friendly. Highly recommending this place.

For starters the location was amazing! Right next to a metro station and city bikes which made the way to city center very accessible! The property itself was very well equiped to have our own meals and the cleanliness of everything was great! It was a bit cold outside but inside the apartment it was very comfortable where things like eated bathroom floors really made the difference!

The lack of some decoration that would add some character to the apartment.
Very conveniently located, just round the corner from the metro station, and only 4 stops to Stephenplatz. A great bakery on the other side of the road. Huge and very comfortable too.

Seems they forgot to clean Th e floor in the entrance hall. Rest was clean!
50m to the metro. Some restaurants and small shops around. Appartment was quite big - good for 4 and more

Coffe Machine broken, cheapest possible kettle (to pour water in each time you need to detach power cable - annoying), breakfast not enough in quantity. Rest was more than ok.

Some small details like curtains, soap dispensers, and other functional decor would make the place more cozy. Otherwise, noise cancellation (all least in the apartment we stayed at) isn't superb: hearing people walking upstairs. But these are not very significant disturbances

The shower and toilet stink like sewage. Heat cannot be controlled properly. Price quality not good.

dishwasher tablets would be nice to add and improve a bit kitchenware
Very nice and spacious apartments. Just about metro station, very easy to get to city center. Linen and towels are perfectly clean, kitchen plates and glasses are in sufficient qty for family, but it is not same nice for pots and pans: one super small pot, one big+one big pan. But still pretty manageable:)

Everything was great!
Full automatic checkin, beautiful, huge apartment with great equipment. Support team was really helpful and kind, solved a minor problem quickly and provided an extension for a reasonable price when we wanted to stay longer. Very great service, will come again, definitely recommended!

Maybe that one bedroom is next to a street close to a road with a lot of traffic, but we didnt use this room.
Comfortable beds. Big apartment. Very clean. Really good location.

It was freaking cold in the appartment. Even though it has termo meter and termo control on the wall, it doesnt allow you to change the temperature. Im definitely not coming back during winter.
My second stay here, appartment equiped with everything i needed (but maybe iron would be nice as well). The staff reacts very quickly on a text message.

It was quite cold in the apartment with no possibility for me to change the temperature. The drainage in bathroom was smelly. I was there for 3 nights and my towels werent changed, not even once.
The appartment was nice, had everything I needed for short term stay. Complementary coffe and tea was provided.

The were not so many things I did not like. The only thing I recall was the bed being a bit soft side (at least for my taste). Also, if you wake up easily then you might want to stay in upper floors as in the first floors you can feel the metro (wasn't a problem from anyone in the apartment though)
