Exceptionally welcoming and friendly staff. Individually decorated rooms designed with much love, creativity and attention to detail. Highest quality in every aspect, including the flexibility awarded as we asked for accommodation of an extra guest.

Great location and food, friendly staff. The restaurant is always busy which shows how popular and good it is. My room was much nicer and modern than I was expecting but with a traditional feeling. Location is perfect, not too busy but some great bars, restaurants and entertainment right on the doorstep and it is only a short walk into the centre of Graz.

This is one of the best places I ever stayed. Each room is unique, one can see the love which has been spent into modelling the rooms. The staff is very friendly and at the day of our departure we could use our room until the afternoon because there was no booking for that night (and cool down in the comfy air-conditioned room before travelling on). The buffet style breakfast has a good choice with a variety of sweet and savory dishes, salad, home-made jam,.. I only can fully recommend the place!
