check-in outside of the reception hours was easy and well explained - the breakfast buffet is amazing - they have their proper parking lot - it is conveniently located, quiet and still just around the corner from Old Town - Personnel is very attentive and nice - Room was big - the spa area with Sauna and steam bath is a nice place to relax after an active day

SingaporeEverything. Location is good - just 1 min from town. Room is clean, spacious and very comfortable. Staff are nice and friendly. Breakfast is amazing! The best breakfast we have had so far in our 1.5 weeks in the Dolomites region. There’s an elevator. We arrived in Lienz on a rainy Sunday (when everything in town was closed) and we were very happy to have such a comfortable place to relax in for the afternoon and night.
