Great location. You can walk out front door to trains D and 71 to be at all attractions within 15 minutes. Good cafe around corner. Staff very helpful. Had to change room (as some had smoked in the room) at checking. Moved us and gave comp drinks for dinning room upstairs for the inconvenience. New restaurant on 8th floor was amazing. Staff friendly. Highly recommended. Hotel had sent an email three weeks before we left with recommendation to make dinner reservation as it was Christmas. They sent list of ten locations. We made five dinner reservation and all dinners were fantastic.
