United States of AmericaWe arrived late morning by train and asked if we could leave our luggage someplace while we began our excursions into the city. The very helpful desk clerk checked the status of our room and allowed us to go ahead and check in and take all of our belongings to our room immediately. What a great start to our day! The next morning when we checked out, we were planning to spend the full day doing more running around, so they graciously kept our luggage in a room off of the lobby. Very helpful tips re: buses and other public transport as well. We were impressed with the staff, and so glad we had taken the train into Vienna instead of driving. This location - right near the main train station - was perfect.

The person at the reception was polite and he kept our luggage for the rest of the day after checkout as our return flight was late in the evening.
