The eye for detail made the stay! The personal message on the chalk board, the bottle of water in the fridge, the bottle of wine, the chocolates on the pillow and the fold in the toilet paper. All of this just made us feel super welcome. Simone and Dieter are outstanding hosts who clearly know what their clients like and how to make someome feel welcome. Definitely recommend staying at Kaiserreich.

The place was very clean and cosy with all necessary amenities. Owner also provided all the guidance needed for a new tourist in Graz. A big plus is the proximity to public transport (bus/tram) and to grocery stores (Billa and coffee shop)

The studio apartment is roomy, clean, and beautifully furnished and equipped. The host met us on arrival and explained everything, and was always available if needed. The balcony looks over trees and houses and was quiet. The apartment is only 4 minutes by walking to a supermarket (Billa), a similar distance to an extensive park, and the center of Graz is 25 minutes by foot (visitors to the University would find it particularly convenient). The underground car park is easy to use and a definite bonus. The kitchenware etc. was excellent, and the Wi-Fi reliable and very good. Overall this represents excellent value for money.

Beautiful and cozy apartment. We loved the design, terrace, and fully-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect for us (we travel with our dog) because there are a lot of parks nearby, also dog parks. There is also a nice bakery just a minute from the building.

This home is very very very comfortable, elegant, warm and cozy!!! It looks an home created for the christmas holidays, cause the guest stars are the reindeers :-) but you can stay there in every moment of the year. Very cool... Anything is perfect!!! ANYTHING! When you wake up in the morning or when you are having dinner at the sunset, from the balcony, you can see an impressionist painting....if Monet was there, he would paint the fantastic view that you can see through the windows!!! The kitchen is full of anything you need....with a wonderful style, the bed is full of soft pillows, all the colors of this home are matching...the home is suuuuper clean and full of fantastic details...the owners are very kind and available...they reveal to have a very refined taste about the living decoration. We have to give 10 as vote, cause we cannot give 11 !!! :-D

They have all what you need. Apartment looks so nice and really clean. Beautiful view on the Balcony and Owner was really helpful and so friendly. If you visit Graz I recommend you to stay here. Bed is so nice feel relax when you sleep. Kitchen is really good and have all staff. Bathroom was really good with shower Rain.
