We liked everything. Everything was great. Breakfast and dinner were tasty. Room was clean and the location is close to many attractions. We had peaceful sleep at night as it was very quiet and calm. The view from the balcony is amazing! Sommercard was a perfect addition. And special thanks to the two ladies who always greeted us with smiles. Danke Schön.

Renovated in spring 2014, Landhotel Kolb is located right at the ski slopes of the Hauser Kaibling Ski Area. It offers a spa area, ski-to-door access in winter, and direct access to hiking trails in summer. Each room comes with a balcony and features a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, free WiFi, and a bathroom with shower or bath tub. Breakfast is served every morning, and a half-board option is available. Landhotel Kolb also has a restaurant with a summer terrace and a buffet area. Guests can use the spa area featuring an infrared cabin, sauna and steam bath for free. Hotel facilities also include table tennis, a garden with sun loungers, a children's playground, a ski storage room with ski boot dryer and a bike storage room. A sun bed is available for a surcharge. A free ski bus stops 150 metres away, and cross-country ski runs start a 5-minute walk away. The Dachstein-Tauern Golf Course is a 2-minute drive away and offers discounts to guests of Landhotel Kolb. From mid-May to mid-October, the Schladming-Dachstein Summer Card is included in the rate. This card offers many free benefits and discounts, including free use of local cable cars.
