Outstanding service with great attention to detail. Once I asked for gluten free bread staff was proactively making sure I had it available with all courses.
Food was delicately prepared with local ingredients and a superb wine selection that staff very professionally advises on.
Comfortable rooms, with zero noise and comfortable beds. The floor heating in the bathroom made our stay extra comfy.
The spa is spacious and has a good selection of facilities and during our stay almost no one else used it.
The hotel is walking distance to the charming town of Mondsee and is a great base to discovering the Salzkammergut.

Excellent breakfast. They have a restaurant. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Parking is available behind hotel, and one block away for overflow. Location is close (within 5-10 minutes walking) to the Lake, several additional restaurants, an ATM machine and other businesses. Also, the church where the wedding scene in the Sound of Music was filmed is just a 5-minute walk away.

Amazing location, beautiful nature, gorgeous lake and the mountains offered perfect walking tours. Local people were nice too :) The centre of the city is small and pretty, many pubs with great wine and food. The location as well as the nature were well taken care off and clean. Totally worth visiting: Observation tower Kulmspitz We will for sure come back to explore more.

We were before Christmas, and at this time it is definitely worth going to this city for half a day! The center is small, but very nice, there is a small Christmas market, mostly with food, a very beautiful Basilica, and of course, the lake itself deserves a walk to it. They have the best church around the area, St Gilgen, St Wolfgang, Bad Ischl, etc. we were there last Sunday of 2019 and there were choir singing and the sound of the huge organ above the main entrance is just so perfect. Very good mass I have ever experienced, so quiet and solemn. The town itself is small, no restaurants and shops open on a Sunday.ElenaGermany
