The staff was very nice and helpful. I was allowed to check in early as the room was available, and then leave my things in the luggage room after the checkout. The room was very spacious and clean.

Excellent location, right by the river and short walking distance from the very center of Graz. The rooms are spaciousm the bed was very soft, the hotel has a very traditional look. Friendly and helpful staff.
