Staff was really helpfull, they answered all our questions and find solutions to our problems. Hotel location is 15 min. Away from city center but close to Belvedere palace and train station to airport
Turkeynice hotel, big rooms, I got a room with a full view of beautiful Belvedere. breakfast was good too. staff at reception helpful and friendly
Israelthe stuff was always helpful and nice. we came before checkin so we asked to put the stuff aside and the did and even put tags on our back (also in checkout). we asked not to clean our room so we good vouchers to use in the machine the have. there was always hot and cold water to use from. the room was very big, always hot water and the air conditioner is very strong and fast (super useful in cold wether). payed at checkout- super comfortable.
IsraelThe room was spacious, it has a queen bed & a twin bed, an office table with a large enough space if you have huge or multiple luggage. The bathroom was also large, clean & very nice. The closet was large but we never used it. It is also located a few minutes walk to the train station for places you want to go using public transportation. You can take a train going to or from the airport.

JordanI was so happy with this hotel - location, facilities, staff. The place was perfect. Breakfasts were awesome. Great fuel for a full day of walking, exploring the cultural treasure that Vienna is. The sauna in the Wellness Center was a bonus, great place to relax after a long day. History types ... the building in which this hotel is located was once the printing office during the Hapsburg reign, or was it the period right after WWI. Anyway, look around. There are details that speak to this. I can't wait to go back. Vienna!!! Please call me again. Getting to know you truly would take a lifetime.
