ENJOY THE FEELING OF SLEEPING IN A PALACE IN VIENNA. NONOBALZAC brings you the opportunity to enjoy an apartment stay in the 3rd District of Vienna. Recently renovated, the sensitive adaptations combine the historic Gruenderzeit Palace with contemporary architecture and incredible interior amenities. Beautiful and spacious apartments with living/dining/entertainment rooms. High ceilings, large windows with elegant curtains, hardwood floors. Heating. Entry hall. Dining areas. Modern kitchens, fully equipped with oven, cook top, coffee machine, hot-water machine, refrigerator/freezer, dish washer, all needed pots/pans/dishes/flatware. Cleaning supplies for the Kitchen area. Bathrooms with shower, unlimited hot water, lighted mirror, towels, heated towel dryer, tiled floor and walls, and other amenities, including washing machines. Many ethnicities as represented by Austrian (of course), Italian, Portuguese, American, Asian, Argentinian - Venues include sit down formal restaurants, Gasthaus, Beisl, take-away and more. The Rochusmarkt. Traditional Cafés for coffee, pastries and conversation. Menu of large and boutique shops: fully stocked grocery stores, specialty boutique food stores - bakeries and pastry , coffee in bulk, take away, and drink in, pharmacies and drugstores as well as beauty and home care products stores. All within 200 m. Nearby are Hundertwasserhaus & MAK museum, Belvedere Palace, Donaukanal, Konzerthaus, Prater and Stadtpark. Vienna has exceptional public transportation - U-bahn (underground), Strassenbahn (light rail), buses, Taxis supplement the public transportation. U3 metro line takes the guest to Rochusgasse metro station. Only 50 m away from the apartment. To reach city center, one takes the U3 for 3 stops to Stephansplatz, which is the center of Vienna`s first district. (8-10 mins.) Vienna is very walkable, so this is an alternative.
