United States of AmericaThe climate control system in the rooms is excellent - can't even tell when air conditioner is on as you are gently and quietly cooled not blasted. Room was very nicely decorated and of good quality. The hotel main areas are gorgeous and the Park Hyatt is very well located The spa and swimming pool are beautiful too! What really stood out to us is how extraordinary the housekeeping staff is at this hotel - our rooms where cleaned in a flash and left pristine.

United States of AmericaRegardless the great facilities etc... the concierge Mr. Kareem is something exceptional. He dealt with handling my car to sixt, booking train tickets, opera shows, wonderful restaurants and lounges. Were all recommended by the concierge with his privilege services.
United Arab EmiratesBeing in the hotel business with several hotels in Dubrovnik, Croatia, I have to admit that the hotel seemed newly-renovated with grand lobby with high ceilings. The room was nice. The closet had a minibar and coffee station that was convenient. Would stay there again.
