I liked room interior, cleaningness, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, convinient location. Also, it was one of the hotels, that belong to the same owner, and they offered the discount at their other hotel's restaurant, which was nice. We went to that restaurant couple of times, the food and service were good. Generally, the owner is very nice man, it's clear that he is passionate about his lodging business.

We have finish sauna with relaxing room, 400 metres from the village centre and a 2-minute drive from the Tauernspa Thermal Bath. The ski areas Maiskogel, Kitzsteinhorn and Zell am See can be reached within 5 to 10 minutes by car. Free WiFi is provided in the entire property. All Alpine-style Katharinenhof rooms come with cable TV and a bathroom with a shower. Some also offer a balcony with views of the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier. A ski storage room can be used on site and a bicycles storage room is available as well.
