Very good location, 1 minute from the main street, close to the Habsburg Crypt (1 min.) and to all the nice restaurants and coffee shops downtown. The breakfast was generous, very diverse and tasty. The room was large enough. We will come back here!

The location couldn't be better for central Vienna. The staff were friendly and helpful. I loved my room and the fact that they had an elevator. The breakfast buffet was great with lots of choices. I was able to stow my bag until evening in a locked room after I had checked out which was very helpful. There is a great little bar next door that played awesome music and I felt very comfortable having a glass of wine there even though I was traveling alone. I would have loved to have stayed longer.

First of all, I don’t write reviews very often, but the staff at this hotel deserve a special praise! In the very beginning, they changed my check in dates without any problems or additional costs. Later, on the day of my arrival the hotel let me check in 3 hours prior the official check in time. When checked out they kindly allowed me to leave my luggage for the whole day! The room is very stylish and authentic, even though I had city side windows, it was very quiet inside. Be ready that this place is not typical hotel with a huge lobby and everything, but you will get extra attention and will indeed feel like at home in the heart of Vienna.. Amazing!! I will definitely come back!
