Occupying a historic Art Nouveau building in the Josefstadt district opposite the University Campus, this family-run 4-star guest house Pension Excellence is only 5 minutes' walk from Vienna’s Town Hall, the Schottentor/Universität Underground Station, and the Ringstraße boulevard. Free WiFi is available in all areas. Rooms at the Pension Excellence are all nonsmoking and feature adjustable air-conditioning, while soundproof windows are installed for all street facing rooms.
