Germanykostenloses Zusatzprogramm: am Morgen Meditation und Yoga, 2x pro Woche ein Saunaprogramm. Johannes variiert das Programm und es war jedes Mal perfekt. Vor dem ersten Saunagang gibt es ein Kaffee- bzw Salzpeeling. Die Aufgüsse erfolgen in Abstimmung mit den Präferenzen der Saunagänger. Es gibt zahlreiche Essenzen. Einmal war der letzte Gang mit Klangschalen, trotz niedriger Temperatur bei etwa 60 Grad konnten alle besser und angenehmer ´Schwitzeń als bei hohen Temperaturen. Sofern weniger Teilnehmer, dann findet der erste Durchgang in der Dampfsauna statt. Wirklich wärmstens zu empfehlen. Das Essen ist umfangreich und gut. Wer mag, kann auch Hildegard von Bingen Kost und Gewürze bekommen.

The Pirchnerhof offers you healthy food from Hildegard von Bingen made from local products and home grown herbs from the own gardens and orchards.
Its sunny and spacious rooms with a balcony are located in the main building or in the annex and invite to unwind after a great day out in the fresh mountain air.
In the garden you can find a sunbathing lawn, foot massage path and spaces for relaxation. Spa facilities include indoor pool, heated outdoor pool, Finnish and bio saunas, infrared cabin and steam room. The Health House offers a range of yoga classes and gymnastic room. Gymnastic and yoga room can be used by guests free of charge.
