“Mrs. Fuchs is very kind and made sure I was happy. The place is secure and very clean. While the location is outside the center, all of the main tourist attractions are within a 30 minute walk. It was also nice being right next to the train/bus station since I had a suitcase. There was a dog which was a bonus for me :) , but could be an issue for other travelers.”

“For me the location was perfect, a short walk from the Hbf and not too far from the main city square (but that's an easy tram ride anyway). The proprietor keeps a spotless house, with every amenity you could want for a short stay, and couldn't have been more helpful, especially for a guest with very limited German. Excellent shower. Amazing value for money for such a good location.”

“The room and bathroom facilities were very clean and spacious enough. The landlady was very helpful and pleasant. The location in the middle of the town and next to the railway station and major public transport hub was very convenient. In future I will use this rental again, especially as there is the possibility to rent a car parking spot in the building.”

“Sehr nette Gastgeber! Für eine Person perfekt. Ich bin Studentin und musste 1ne Nacht draußen übernachten und das Zimmer war perfekt dafür. Es ist genügend Platz auch wenn man mehrere Tage draußen bleiben würde, würde der Platz ausreichend sein! Badezimmer und Wc sind sehr sauber. Die Wohnung ist 5 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. In der nähe befindet sich auch ein Spar und Billa. Auch der Volksgarten ist ca 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Einziger Nachteil mit einem Auto muss man natürlich das Parkticket zahlen da es keinen kostenfreien Parkplatz gibt. Aber im großen und ganzen bin ich vollkommen zufrieden!”“0”

“Ein sehr schönes und komfortables Zimmer in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof und da Graz nicht sehr groß ist, ist man auch zu Fuß sehr schnell im Zentrum. Frau Fischer ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die Wohnung ist blitzsauber, im Zimmer gibt es einen Fernseher und ich hatte auch einen Wasserkocher und Löskaffee im Zimmer, um mir ein kleines Frühstück zu machen. Eine perfekte Unterkunft für einen kurzen Grazaufenthalt! :)”“0”
