The apartment was so clean and nice. It had a large living room with a beautiful balcony view, the house keeping staff did a great job cleaning the apartment and they were friendly! The staff are so kind and friendly especially Melanie and her husband.

Kaprun Rentals is your source for renting the most luxurious design apartments in the Zell am See / Kaprun region. Our apartments are located at the hotspots, fully equipped with awesome views of the mountains, making sure you can fully enjoy your holiday. Kaprun Rentals is a small private organisation of Melanie Treffers and Hawé van den Brink. Quality of service and personal touch is the central concept of Kaprun Rentals and what differentiates us from the rest of the apartment rental business.

“Our guests like to come home after a day of skiing or golf and find themselves surrounded with the same luxuries they are accustomed to in their private home,” says Melanie. “The biggest compliment we get from guests who’ve stayed is that the apartment felt like a home from home. Then we know that we have reached our goal". The stylish apartment complex Residenz and der Burg on a quiet and idyllic location, near the center of the cozy Kaprun, the Maiskogel mountain and all other amenities, such as shops, restaurants, bars, banks and the post office. It's located less than 100 meters from the historic castle with a beautiful view over the village, the valley and the surrounding mountains. The ski bus stops directely in front of the apartment complex. Cars can be parked inside the private parking. All apartments in Residenz an der Burg have heated floors. The perfect building for enjoying the Austrian mountains!
