The charming, family-run Hotel Donauhof is located on the western entrance to the Wachau World Heritage Site, right on the Danube Bike Trail between Passau and Vienna. The hotel offers an impressive view of the Danube and the historic market square of Emmersdorf, which is only a few steps away. Located halfway between Vienna and Linz, it is easily accessible via the A1 highway. The Melk exit is 2.5 miles away, the Pöchlarn exit 5 miles away. Hotel & Restaurant Donauhof's location provides the perfect starting point for excursions into the Wachau and to the many sights nearby. The cozy guest rooms invite you to relax and feel comfortable. A wide range of culinary specialties is served from a varied dining menu in the hotel's restaurant and on the sunny terrace. The family-owned wine tavern “Heuriger Haferkastn” is only one mile from the Donauhof. The best wines from the Wachau and traditional local dishes are served there.
