Only 1.2 mi away from Lake Wörth, this family-run hotel enjoys a sunny hillside location above Velden and offers beautiful views of the Karawanken mountains. Hotel Restaurant Marko offers comfortable rooms and suites with bright and modern solid wood furniture and flat-screen satellite TVs, a solar-heated pool with a playground and open-air chess, and a spa oasis with panoramic views. The restaurant serves a rich breakfast buffet and Carinthian and international cuisine à la carte. Half-board is available from Thursday till Monday including a 3-course à la carte menu. In fair weather you can also dine in the shaded beer garden under the old trees, or on the terrace. Hotel Marko is an ideal starting point for excursions to the many sights in the surrounding area.
