United States of AmericaA beautiful old hotel with a lovely staff, located in a beautiful town. We had a room with amazing view of the river and the inner court. The hotel have a fantastic restaurant with a terrace over the river, great food and great service. Very friendly for children. They will to arrange every ask of us.

IsraelThe front desk ladies were very welcoming and nice. It made a big difference in my appreciation of the hotel. Guys at the restaurants were also very helpful and service was great! Also, location is amazing. You can park in the private area of the hotel and walk in the old town very easily.
CanadaThe whole end-to-end experience was perfect. The hotel was very responsive before and during our stay. Reception were lovely and check-in was very smooth. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a charming two-bedroom suite, overlooking the Danube! And complimentary refreshments in our room was a nice touch. Breakfasts were extensive, fresh and delicious. We had dinner in the restaurant and every course was spot on. And having the use of a pool, sauna and fitness room after a day out was ideal. All in all, utter bliss.

IsraelQuite appropriate for a „Schlosshotel“ Reception, overall layout and room in austrian tradition, avoiding the usual Kitsch. Spa/ Pool area excellent…but missing instruction for certain guests who don’t know to shower prior swimming… compliment to the kitchen …. Breakfast serving rather unorthodoxe…..one needs to get used to. Note: Don’t think booking.com represents you appropriately….!
