The 100m² apartment is located in Vienna's 18th district and offers space for up to six people. In the immediate vicinity you will find numerous parks such as the Türkenschanzpark or the Sternwartepark. The accommodation is equipped with two bedrooms and also features a cozy couch in the living room, which can be extended to a sofa bed. In the spacious and fully equipped kitchen you will find all the amenities for a cozy cooking evening. In addition, the apartment offers a spacious bathroom including a walk-in shower. Please note that the apartment is located on the 1st floor without elevator.

The apartment is located next to the most beautiful parks in Vienna, the Türkenschanzpark and the Sternwartepark. Between ponds and large meadows you will find the most beautiful picnic areas. In addition, the parks invite you to take long walks and are also ideal for children because of the numerous playgrounds. We also recommend a walk in the charming cottage district where magnificent villas and gardens are lined up. In the vicinity of the apartment you will find numerous restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets, as well as the Kutschkermarkt. The market is one of the last remaining street markets in Vienna and is worth a visit, especially on Saturdays, when farmers from the surrounding area sell their regional products. Although the apartment is located just outside the city center, the public transport connections are excellent. Right next to the apartment is the streetcar station of line 41 and 40, which will take you to the U6 subway station Währinger Straße/Volksoper in 5 minutes. In about 15 minutes you can reach the Vienna Ringstraße as well as the city center with both streetcar lines.
