The picturesque village of Stadl an de Mur lies at the junction of three provinces: Salzburgerland, Carinthia and Stiermark. With more than 200 days of sun per year, and guaranteed snow on the slopes, this is the perfect holiday environment for all seasons. Your luxurious chalet is located on a small scale park with a view of the wonderful Mur Valley. The detached chalet has 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a charming living room with open kitchen. But there are many facilities in the direct vicinity (in the village of Stadl) such as a beach 600 metres away with swimming islands, a childrens playground and a tennis court. The chalet is approx. 2 km from the village centre, shops and the restaurants of Stadl, where there is also a popular swimming lake. The chalet is located 15 km from the historic town and golf course of Murau in an area known as one of the sunniest and most unspoiled regions in Austria. Quiet mountain passes and small traditional villages and densely forested mountain slopes dominate the landscape. A beautifully furnished chalet, as you would expect in a new residence, and a fantastic area to spend the holidays with your family. The chalet has a fully equipped kitchen. From the sunny terrace you have a lovely view of the surrounding mountains. The unique location at the edge of the forest, the lovely view and the peace and quiet make this chalet a wonderful holiday destination.
