GermanyWe’ve stayed at many hotels all round the world including many 5 star. The staff here were the friendliest, most helpful and provided the best service we’ve ever experienced. Hotel itself was modern, comfortable beautiful room. Ski room exits straight onto the slopes. Hotel is centrally located in town. Excellent location. It always snows when we stay in Obertauern and hotel has secure underground car parking so your car doesn’t end up buried under 2m of snow. We had a lot of luggage to move to the room. Staff moved all our luggage from car to room when we arrived. What was really unusual is when we left without having to ask - a staff member moved all our luggage from the room to the car. Was absolutely perfect stay. We were very sad to leave and for sure we will be back next season.
