Everything was very clean and new. The room was cozy and warm although outside was windy and cold. It's near tram station but you can walk 30 minutes to reach downtown and so explore Vienna's neighborhoods. Katarina was such a positive person. She informed us about Vienna and fixed a internet problem that we faced. Consider staying at this place if you travel in Vienna.
