Great location and wonderful facilities. Meals were excellent ! The staff were exceptionally wonderful.Because we were so impressed we returned a week later for two more nights on our same European trip. EXCELLENT !

Staff was very polite! Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was abundant, with various dairy products, salamis, vegetables, fruits, marmelades. Decor was authentic and nice. And the view... Perfect! I would definitely recommend this place and would like to come back again. We arrived late, but staff was nice enough to serve us dinner even after we were quite late to check in.

Good choice of options for breakfast. Dinner was extremely good as well, ended up feeling very full most nights! Very traditional Austrian hotel so don't expect modern - has a charm to it which adds to the experience. Mostly quiet although the apres ski in the bar was quite lively. Also a very nice bar/restaurant next door which was good for a change.

The food was excellent and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff became familiar with the family and there was a lovely atmosphere at the hotel. Dietary requirements were also well understood by staff. Rooms were made up very nicely every day. The sauna in the garden was wonderful.
