Great location with nice view over harbour looking back towards mainland. Nice layout within apartment. Clean & decent kitchen extras etc. Complex well maintained. Undercover parking. Walking distance to IGA/Ferry, etc. (Aircon was playing up on arrival, even working within the sensor constraints), but property manager was very prompt to come and have a look after hours and contact owner. It ended up being a glitch beyond owner/manager control and it came good by itself during the night and worked fine after that.

The second bedroom can have a bedding configuration of 2 single beds or 1 king bed to suit your needs. This apartment is fully self-contained with laundry facilities and a large open-plan living and dining area. This apartment features a Weber BBQ on the front balcony for your enjoyment. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine.

Magnetic Island is only a 25-minute ferry ride from Townsville.
