Property info

This south coast house is only a short walk to the beach and is comfortable all year round. Constructed of double brick, the house features ceiling fans throughout which keeps it cool in summer while a wood fire and under floor heating make it warm and cosy in winter. There are two large bedrooms each with a queen bed and one bedroom with a bunk-bed plus trundle. All linen/towels are provided and there is plenty of bedding to choose from. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and coffee machine. There is a front deck and a paved backyard with another dining setting and a gas BBQ. Both are lovely places to sit and listen to the birdsong in the daytime and the surf at night. A large grassed yard has plenty of off-street parking. Pet Friendly, however please note that this property is only partially fenced. The village of Dalmeny is just a two minute drive or a half hour walk along our famous coastal walking/cycle path and Narooma is only a ten minute drive away.
