Take a 5 minute stroll to the patrolled Narooma Beach or the famous Narooma Golf Course. Charming older style 3 bedroom home, 2 queen beds, 2 large singles, brand new modern kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Gas BBQ and covered deck in a fully fenced backyard. Living room with TV, VCR and DVD player, reverse cycle air conditioning plus electric heating. 1 Bathroom with bath and shower. Distant views of Glasshouse Rocks. Fantastic kids play room with heaps of toys and games. Great location within easy walking distance of main surf beach and shops. Extra parking at rear. No garage, but plenty of room for boat at front and off-street parking at rear via laneway, distant views to Montague Island and the ocean.
