As our holiday properties are self-contained, you will need to bring dishwashing powder/ liquid, laundry powder/ liquid, cleaning products and bin liners, there will be one roll of toilet paper per toilet provided. Please read the property description to confirm if bed sheets and bath towels are provided at the property. If not provided you will need to bring these with you or if you wish to arrange linen hire please contact our office to organise this. Please read the property description in detail to see if Pets are allowed or No Pets allowed at this property. Keys are collected at our office, O'Meara Property, 12 Stockton Street, Nelson Bay. Our office hours are Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm , we are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays. If you are arriving on a Sunday or Public Holiday you will receive the key collection details and instructions to our office Lock box via a text message at 12 noon on the day of your arrival, this text will go to the mobile phone number provided with the booking. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND CHECK IN IS 2pm AND KEYS WILL NOT BE IN THE LOCK BOX TILL THIS TIME.
Waterfront property with beautiful views out the headlands and ideal for couples or singles looking for close proximity to Soldiers Point Bowling Club across the road, Rick Stein Bannisters Restaurant at your finger tips and Soldiers Point Marina only a short distance away. Open plan spacious three bedroom duplex located within a 2 minute walk to the waters edge and small boat ramp. Large fully self contained kitchen with dishwasher , microwave and full size family fridge/ freezer. All the bedrooms are located upstairs and the main has beautiful water views, ensuite (please note spa does not work) and balcony. Enjoy a tasty BBQ on the balcony that leads out from the living area, taking in the views, spot a dolphin or two or relax on the sandy beach in front of you. Internal laundry with front loader washing machine and a double garage with internal access. Sheets and towels are not provided at the property, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you, no pets and no party policy in place. Although not absolute beachfront, this property offers privacy not afforded by others. Port Stephens is an easy 2.5 hours from Sydney, with its 26 beautiful beaches, the largest stunning sand dunes in the southern hemisphere, Great Lakes Marine Park and a National Park encompassing 42,000 hectares of Worimi Conservation Lands with fantastic coastal walks. If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary. An array of restaurants with spectacular views and waterside dining are available or a sunset dinner cruise or picnic at the beach might be more enticing. So many activities to do - Diving, fishing, Dolphin and Whale watching, Camel & Horse riding on the beach, boat hire, 4WD and quadbike sand dune rides, Golf, Health & Wellbeing and shopping are to just name a few.
