The air conditioner does not cool the bedrooms. And it was leaking - suggest a HydroKleen of the unit. Suggest a split system in a bedroom to cool that end of unit. The main bedroom door needs to be replaced as it is delaminating. All sliding doors require adjustment as they are too stiff and heavy to open. Ceiling fan in lounge only worked with light on, ceiling fan in main bedroom had to be turned on by pulling a chain (wow how dangerous)! Before check out there was a knock at the door, it was the electrician to replace all ceiling fans.. wow that would have made our stay a little more pleasant had this been done prior to our arrival. Furniture in the main bedroom and second bedroom is from the 70s... all falling apart. As for the shower... it would be good if you were a dwarf!!! However being 6 foot, you could not wash your hair and my arms were poking through to the unit above. Please remove or change the style of the laundry door... you need to be a stick figure to get in the laundry then you need to close the door in order to use the washing machine. The roller blind in the kitchen... you need to be 6 foot tall plus in order to reach it to open and close it. Suggest a compendium on how to operate the electrical ie. Oven, TV etc. It would be helpful to ask if 2 keys are required. The staff member at key collection just pointed at the key box... perhaps a little friendlier customer service. We love Alexandria Apartments and it's location we would like to continue to stay in a unit that is better maintained.

There where several things . The cold water tap in the bath room sink didn't turn on at all, the fan in main bedroom didnt have a switch you had to pull a chain on the fan itself which had been shortened, I had to stand on the bed" I am nearly 62 years old" to turn it on and was to dangerous to turn off again. Second bedroom had no cover over the light.

The position was excellent over all the unit was good. Very comfortable had everything we needed for our 3 day stay.

More attention to cleaning of furniture could be provided. Glassware were of mixed sizes and some crockery was chipped. No dish cloth was provided.

The location was perfect for our needs and the view outstanding. The property is well furnished and relatively modern. Leading Realty sent the right amount of information when we needed it.
