AustraliaThe villa's location close to a dog beach. Modern, clean decor and facilities. The upstairs living room made you feel like you are up in the trees with the birds. In a quiet, secure area of Torquay, but close enough to main roads back to Geelong. The main bedroom even has an ensuite bathroom with a humongous shower. The beds had quality linen and quilts. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need, even a dishwasher and high quality appliances. Our furry family loved the front gated garden.

Property info
This stylish three bedroom condo is opposite the children's playground. Upstairs provides a light filled open plan living and comfy couches ideal for relaxing with the views of the resort. This area flows to a deck. On the same level the kitchen provides ample space with a floating bench top and peaceful dining area. Downstairs there are three bedrooms all with queen sized beds, one master with ensuite and another main bathroom for the other two bedrooms. With access to the resort pool, the tennis court across the road, a 4 minute walk to the beach and 100m to the clubhouse - it will be hard to find reasons to leave this condo. Please note we do not accept Parties or Schoolies.
Neighborhood info
The condo is located in a complex that has a shared swimming pool, tennis court and playground. There is a restaurant, golf course and beach all within walking distance. The town centre is a few minutes drive where you will find supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, retail shops and much more.
