Everything you wanted in a beach house... This is a massive, extended-family-and-friends-sized, beach house, located within minutes walk to the patrolled surf beach. This beautifully designed home features a combined living/kitchenette area, bathroom and two bedrooms downstairs as well as a lounge room, combined dining/kitchen area, three bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Features include: * stainless steel appliances in the kitchen * polished wood floors throughout * large deck/entertainment area with BBQ * ample windows providing sea breezes * fully fenced yard * double lock up garage * private in ground pool * landscaped gardens For the little people, there is a baby gate for the internal stairs too. Sleeps twelve in three x queen size beds, two x single beds and two x single bunk beds.   Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen.
