Hello, thank you for your enquiry. All our 2 bedroom apartments have the 2 enclosed bedrooms, as well as 2 full bathrooms. 1 main bathroom of the living room and the 2nd bathroom of the maste bedroom. Perfect for families and couples.

Dear Guest. We can offer 4 single beds in the 2 bedroom apartment. The bedding in the room by default is 2 x King beds in the 2 bedroom apartment and 1 x King bed in the 1 bedroom apartment. Please request bedding preference at time of booking.

Hi thank you for your message. Please note that our Reception closes at 7pm. As the below guest is arriving after hours, key collection will need to be arranged. We require a clear image of your photo ID and front and back of your credit card. Upon receipt of this we will forward through instructions of how they can collect their key on arrival. We do not have 24/7 reception, but an Onsite Duty Manager is avaialbe for responding to emergency issues. To make arrangements for late check-in, please inform us in advance using the information on the booking confirmation for check-in instructions.

Hi, The reception opens at 9am Monday-Sunday. We have an express early checkout key box where you can leave the key in the morning if the reception's closed. Please feel free to contact us if you have any other questions. Regards Usman

Hi, We do a pre-authorisation on card at check in, pre authorisation can be a $100 or $300 depending on the type of apartment you book. Authorisation is cancelled at checkout and bounces back to your account in 3-4 business days. Regards Usman

Depending on the following day/time of your arrival. Reception will check check you in; Monday - Thursday 9am -530pm Friday - Sunday 9am 330pm. If arriving Outside these hours. You will need to contact reception to gain late arrival instructions.
