We loved that we were right in the town centre with the balcony overlooking the beautiful tree lined and festooned lit street. We were right in the centre of the restaurants, takeaway etc.

Absolutely loved this accom. Easy pick up of keys from friendly and helpful real estate across the road. The property was clean and comfortable with everything you need. Location is fantastic. Walk to the beach and all the cafes, pub, club and shops. Balcony looks over the main street of Sawtell. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Lock up parking fr one car.

Regarding non refundable cancellation if COVID19 restrictions are again escalated to no travel unless for work, illness, etc, ie preventing us making the trip and using accom will I be able to cancel and receive a full refund?
