Positioned only 1km from the centre of Byron Bay, with easy access to the iconic Lighthouse walk and ‘The Pass’ surf break, this is the perfect location to enjoy sun, sand and surf. Property Features: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sleeps 6. Fully renovated beachside apartment. Located directly across the road from Clarkes Beach. Ground floor front garden area and courtyard with BBQ. Upper-level balcony from master bedroom. Shared pool in apartment complex. Large custom-built surfboard rack. TESLA car charger available on request. Short 1km walk to town via beachside esplanade. Easy stroll to The Pass, Clarkes, and Tallow Beach. Undercover secure parking for 1 vehicle. IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION: a 50% deposit will be charged at the time of booking, otherwise full payment is required if arriving within 30 days. To process a booking, we require a guest's identification, personal email address and mobile phone number no later than 7 days after booking, or by the last business day prior to the arrival date; whichever is earliest. If we are unable to verify the guest’s identification and details we will, unfortunately, be unable to confirm the booking. Please note, check-in and check-out is not permitted on Christmas Day (25 December).
