Escape the city with a group of friends, elope in style, host a family catch up or simply recharge in laid-back luxury, the choice is yours at this unique large wooden Australian coastal house situated on 12 acres of beachfront land. Accommodating up to 16 guests, with plenty of space for everyone. Walk to the beach, take a dip in our pool, rejuvenate in the spa & infrared sauna, watch a movie on the big screen or relax by the fire at night. Six spacious bedrooms each with their own ensuite. EAST OCEAN SUPERIOR  RM 1:  King Bed, ensuite features shower and jacuzzi EAST  OCEAN SUPERIOR RM 2: King Bed, ensuite features shower WEST  LOFT SUITE 1: King Bed in loft, Double bed downstairs, ensuite features double grotto style shower WEST  LOFT SUITE 2: King Bed in loft, Double bed downstairs, ensuite features double grotto style shower WESTERN SUITE : King Bed, features a new large accessible bathroom with large free standing bath EASTERN SUITE : King Bed, Lounge suite, ensuite features a kohler jacuzzi tub and a steam room shower Large fully equiped kitchen with windows looking over the mountains, two fridges, large oven and a big dining space. If you'd rather cook outside there's a pizza oven & BBQ downstairs. Large wrap around verandah with multiple day beds (perfect to follow the sun) & large dining area to entertain. Two large living areas (three if you count the private one attached the master), one with a projector & screen perfect for movie nights. Huge pool with cabana & plenty of lounges for the whole family. Downstairs you'll find a large games & entertaining room, complete with a bar, infared sauna, table tennis, bathroom & fitness equipment. Just off the games room, there's a pool table, spa, adadditional dining areas, large open fire pit, veggie garden & the BBQ & pizza oven. Stroll around this 12 acre property & walk through a small enchanted forest over a sand dune to our 2 mile beach. There is strictly no parties at this property.

Neighborhood info

The beautiful Coffs Coast is wonderfully diverse, from ancient rainforest to a pristine marine park, from the iconic Big Banana to lovely beaches. Enjoy fun adventures such as bushwalking, kayaking, surfing and mountain biking, and discover spectacular lookouts. There are marvellous festivals, too. Coffs Harbour is at the heart of the region, about halfway between Sydney and Brisbane on the NSW North Coast. The vibrant city is at the southern edge of the Solitary Islands Marine Park, a haven for dolphins, turtles, tropical fish and migrating whales, especially humpback mothers and their calves. Whale watching is popular between May and November, with rugged headlands dotted along the coastline offering superb views. Near the city’s heritage-listed jetty a marina breakwater bridges Muttonbird Island, another vantage point. Boating, fishing and diving tours depart from the marina. Stroll along the Jetty Strip and choose from a delicious range of restaurants and cafes. Pop into the nearby Coffs Harbour Fishermen’s Co-operative fish shop and browse the daily catch. Adjacent to the calm waters of Jetty Beach is a pretty foreshore park with picnic tables and barbecue facilities. Tranquilo Beach House is located about 20 minutes north of Coffs Harbour in the beachside town of Woolgoolga.
