Newly renovated home is located within a really short walking distance to local shops, cafes, takeaways, supermarket, public transport, and with a park and playground literally right behind the home, you will be spoilt with all the conveniences ever needed. Complementing this fantastic is a well designed contemporary double storey terraced townhouse. The ground floor consists of an open family/dining/kitchen area which leads to the tiny backyard that has ample space for an alfresco and two cars. Access from the backstreet is secured with a remote controlled roller gate. At the front of the home is the living room and a fourth bedroom with the convenience of a shower in the powder room. The main sleeping quarter are on the first floor. Well placed window and skylights in the bathrooms ensure that the home is filled with natural light throughout. Features: - High ceilings - Open family/dining/kitchen with reverse cycle air conditioners - A large U-shape kitchen with stone bench top, beautiful stone splashback, a long breakfast bar, induction hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, rice cooker and more.
