Light-filled and bright one bedroom Modern, private and secure accommodation. Television , WIFI internet, hot water shower, air conditioning, washing machine, full size kitchen with dining table, gas cooker & oven, microwave oven, full sized fridge & freezer. Perfect for families x 4 with everything you need at your disposal. Suitable for professionals, business people, couples, or visitors to Sydney. Perfect for overnight stay’s for that early morning flight. Or even long term accommodation. The granny flat has a modern bathroom, one very cozy & quiet bedroom with a queen size bed and plenty of wardrobe storage. The lounge room is very relaxing with a TV & DVD player & a comfortable sofa lounge that can be prepared to comfortably accommodate 2 adults. There is a washing machine (No Dryer) but a clothesline in the courtyard. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped and combines the dining table for meals plus a private cozy outdoor courtyard area.
Originally from Italy, but lived in Australia since 2002.Married with 2 children. We love to travel and meet people from all over the world.
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood cul-de Sac Street with no through traffic, fronting onto a Golf Driving Range, a children's playground and a cycleway connecting the City to Brighton Beach on picturesque Botany Bay. All within one kilometer away is Kogarah Golf Club, Botany Bay which has beautiful quiet beaches, Brighton le Sand with lots of good restaurants and vibrant night life. A Train trip to Cronulla beach, a train and bus to Bondi or catch a ferry to Manly. Our guests can park their vehicle safely on the street outside the property.
