The villa is only 5 minutes walk away from beautiful Golden Beach. It was easy to find from the excellent directions sent to us by the host. We stayed in Villa 2 which is a small unit designed for 1 or 2 people. It was exceptionally clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. Our host Rob answered quickly when we had questions. Our little cavoodle also enjoyed herself immensely as the beach is an off lead area for dogs. Golden Beach is an excellent beach for long walks and ocean fishing. We stayed in winter so swimming in the ocean was out of the question, and the surf and currents also look a bit dangerous at this end of the beach. The safer swimming beach is a short drive away at Seaspray.
AustraliaWe loved how quiet and peaceful the place was, at times it felt like we were the only people there. We also liked the convenience of the location - walking distance to everything, except the golf course which we decided to drive the 500m up the road to! The general store was very practical with what they stock, reasonably priced, and friendly staff.
