Set on the beautiful valley and river at Aireys Inlet this fully self contained cottage is just 5 minutes walk from Inlet Beach. The property is 8.7 mi from Lorne on the Great Ocean Road.

The cottage features a large queen size bed, spa bath, dining area, lounge, fully-equipped kitchen with stove and microwave, BBQ and private car port.

All linen and towels provided.

Geelong only 42 kms and Apollo Bay 30 mi. The 12 Apostles are then beyond Cape Otway. The nearest airport is Avalon, 36 mi from A River Bed.

  • How close or at ease is it to walk to the beach??
    A flat easy walk along the river to the inlet beach. 5 min or so, just past the famous Onda Cafe for a coffee.

Homely and private - A River Bed Cottage - self contained couples accommodation without the high price. You have a great view, furniture on the balcony and courtyard to enjoy the ambience. So much better than staying in a hotel or motel.
Have lived and worked in the area for about 20 years now and love it. Aireys Inlet is peaceful, beautiful and has so much close by to offer the adventurer, bushwalker, surfer and so much more.
I have holidayed in the area as a child and loved it so much I wanted to share that enjoyment. Such a great base to explore the Great Ocean Road or have a peaceful beach holiday away from the crowds. In saying that, Lorne is only a magnificent 20 minute drive.
