“ABODE APARTMENT” is a brand new 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom apartment based on open plan living. This stylish apartment has been interior designed to be a traveler’s home away from home. It is a fully appointed apartment that embraces both functionality and the sophistication of soft retro furnishings. The apartment has views across Yarra River, MCG, Federation Square and parklands. The balcony is a perfect spot to absorb the atmosphere of Melbourne, while watching the iconic trams, horse drawn carriages and pedestrians traveling along renowned Flinders Street. The apartment is fully fitted with double glazed windows and doors allowing guest to easily be shielded from the city’s hustle & bustle. The apartment has two zoned reverse cycle air-conditioning providing a comfortable environment for winter and summer. “ABODE APARTMENT” has a fully-appointed kitchen. It is equipped to the highest standards including; European gas hotplates, electric oven, dishwasher, full size fridge-freezer, Nescafe coffee machine, stone bench tops and mirrored splashbacks. The European laundry includes a modern combination washer-dryer and ironing facilities.

"Abode Apartment" is in the heart of the the Melbourne CBD. A perfect location for exploring Melbourne's lane-way culture or visiting Melbourne's finest restaurants. Ideally located on Flinders street with rear access also opening onto the iconic ACDC Lane, the location allows an easy 5 minute stroll to the MCG, National Tennis Centre or the arts and sports precinct. Melbourne’s trains, trams and buses are an easy way to see all of the city’s best attractions, sporting venues and shopping precincts. A 'MYKI' card is Melbourne’s transport ticket. I have a number of complimentary 'MYKI' cards for guests during their stay (please request) Melbourne's Public transport system is at the apartments door step. Flinders St Station (Melbourne's main train station) is 300 meters away. Tram stop is at the front door. From January 1st 2015, Trams in the Melbourne CBD can now be traveled for no charge. The free visitors City Circle Tram travels the perimeter of the CBD, taking in many of Melbourne’s landmarks. The iconic W-Class tram offers a summary of the points of interest along the route and stops at the front of the building.
