Janita was the hostess with the mostess, she will go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. You literally only need to pack your clothes for a family beach holiday, she has everything you can think of in this beautiful unit. Definitely don't judge a book by its cover as inside the unit is modern with million dollar views of Henley beach. Henley square is only a short distance with awesome eateries. We didn't want to leave and cant wait to come back for another visit.

Wonderful sea views from every window! Sea view-reflections at every turn. Count them up, make a game of it with the kids. Spot dolphins while having breakfast overlooking the sea. FAST FREE NBN WIFI including SMART TV... Filtered drinking water on tap. Enviro products used. 100% cotton quilt covers, sheets and towels all 100% cotton, 2 Bamboo Memory foam pillows, 2 Plush bathrobes, 2 beach towels included in tariff. 100% Australian wool king size quilt. Low allergy single quilts Extra plush blankets. Electric queen blanket available during winter. All cleaning products provided - Not animal tested. 1 Free allocated on-site carpark off Cavendish St and ample free on-street carparking. There's no 24 hour desk but with an easy 4 digit ACCESS CODE which I SMS (text) to you the day of check-in ...or for international guests, email one week before , self check-in is available after business hours ...(consideration of neighbours applies at all times please). Please note : to allow for thorough cleaning and inspection for your stay, self check in stands from 1400 hours, unless otherwise arranged
I love West Beach especially because it is Adelaide's closest beach yet country like. It is Adelaide's best kept secret. I have been hosting Acushla since Oct 2010 and before that, rented it out as a long term rental from July 2002. So hopefully I should know what I'm doing. lol After extensive renovations I reopened Acushla as a holiday short term rental... so I can stay occassionally as well :) I can be as near or far as you need... if something is needing attention, please notify me and I will do my very best to rectify the situation
There is Free All Day Bike Hire available from the West Beach Surf Club, 200 metres south along the seafront. Take the bicycles along the beach and then follow the River Torrens at the Outlet through to the Adelaide CBD and continue up to the Adelaide Hills. Or ride north along the esplanade right out to Outer Harbour. Or south, down to Hallett Cove and beyond. All you need is photo ID to hire the bikes. Adelaide is so easy to get around. All Adelaide CBD streets run north south, east west. Our beaches are to the west of Adelaide so facing the beach, to your right is north to your left is south. The hills that run along side of Adelaide are in the east. So if you ever lose your bearings, just look for the hills... face the hills and you'll be facing east. If you have time, try to get up to Windy Point or Mount Lofty Lookouts for panoramic views of Adelaide and beyond. Not many places in the world where you can see the whole city before you from a natural vantage point. All of the Adelaide CBD, all shopping centres and town squares and most cafes and restaurants have free wifi. Enjoy our beautiful state!
