Adare House has easy and convenient access from both Perth Domestic and International Airports being only a 20 minute car journey. The location can simply access the arterial roads around Perth and no cross town traffic. We have provided many conveniences for our guests to have a relaxed stay whether it is for a short business booking or a family holiday stay. We look forward to having you as our Guest and are sure you will be comfortable at Adare House.
We are a mature couple owning and managing 3 rental properties which keep us very busy but when we get a moment we enjoy travelling, keeping up with our family, friends, going to concerts, the theater and dining out. We enjoy beach walks and the garden too but having 3 properties to look after, we don't get the time we would like to on our interests.
Canning Vale is a popular suburb in Perth. Located what we call "South of the River" as the Swan River is our divide from the northern and southern suburbs. Canning Vale and has great facilities nearby several Fitness Gyms, 4 Local Shopping Centres, Various Retail Outlets,15 minutes drive from 3 Major Shopping Centres, Fiona Stanley Hospital, Murdoch Hospital, 3 Train Stops from Perth CBD and a 20 minute car journey west to the Port of Fremantle. The beaches are 20-25 minutes away from the property.
