Guests have access to the complete unit. It is completely self contained. The stairs in the center of the complex are well lit, and easily accessible from secure rear car park with electric remote controlled gates. Plenty of parking on esplanade out the front of the apartment.
Married with four children.Have traveled all over the world and still travelling.Love all sports and being active.Fairly easy going
Semaphore is a beautiful seaside suburb
-Walking/running/bike path along esplanade and great park (with barbecues) across road on grassed areas.
Small steam train rides on weekends and public holidays.Big play ground by jetty and water slides during summer.
Plenty of fishing of jetty and many cafes on Semaphore Rd (5 minutes walk)
