Nice and clean, nearly everything you would need is available. Owner was extremely helpful when a plumbing issue arose during our stay and fixed the issue immediately, also offered us an alternative to ensure our trip went as planned in case it couldn’t be fixed. It was a good, comfortable stay.

Comfortable and met our needs as a family of 4. Nice that it had a washing machine and tumble dryer as it was winter, but also had the option of using the washing line outside in the small courtyard. Shops conveniently located a short drive away and the bus route was walking distance.

The Affordable Guest Unit is ideal for 4 guests plus a child on the extra mattress if needed.Overlooking about 5 acres of parkland it has a ranch style appearance just about all to yourselves. Inside is very roomy and comfortable with reverse cycle air conditioning in the lounge which spreads throughout the unit with extra fans in each bedroom.,TV , and free super-fast Internet. You'll enjoy the view across the road without Queensville Park/Playground for the kids.Transport close to hand, and local IGA around the corner. Carousel shopping centre ( largest in WA ) with over 300 shops available to browse ; a massive addition in shops cinemas restaurants etc, making it the biggest shopping complex in West Australia and only a 10 minute drive away.Perth city being 15-20 mins via car, and likewise the City of Fremantle, beaches and entertainment venues. It's all here, and at a very very reasonable rate.Give us you booking, and get that old fashioned service.
Husband and wife team Eva and Scott are always willing to assist their guests, especially if new to WA. Giving advice where they can , and helping in any way. Only a phone call away.
Affordable Guest Unit has an amazing location being only 20 mins from all points of the compass to most points of entertainment / business and leisure interest . The neighborhood is quiet , and on a non- busy road ..neighborhood is quiet and secure ..
